I have been with iPage since March 2004 and the experience has been nothing but positive. Perhaps my requirements are low but as far as problems go, "no news is good news". The technical support department is very responsive and knowledgeable about what the company does. Their unofficial support on their open forums has been invaluable as well.

Autoresponders come in all shapes and sizes. Some are programmed as a script to be installed on server. These cost a one-time payment. However, most cannot match the quality and reliability of autoresponders that are designed as a web-based service, i.e. company staff run and manage their servers solely for list management while we as customers operate their software.
