Submit Your Site To China!
China
recently celebrated the birth of its 1.3 billionth baby on 6th
January 2005. Do you not think this baby would be a part of the
Internet Generation? So, in order for you to gain a virtual foothold
in the Dragon Country, we are pleased to present a list 15
major submission sites for your perusal! Wow.
Yes,
it can be difficult if you don't understand Chinese, so you need the Google's Language
Tools to translate every URL. Auto-translation is never perfect,
but this is the best on free offer. The Language Tools' URL can
also be found under "Google Links" in your Google
Toolbar.
As
you submit to the following URLs, some site will ask for a description.
Just type in English. As usual, we are at the mercy of spiders
to capture our URL. Do a search one month after your submission
to ascertain you are on their lists. Again, do not spam the search
engines.
Google:

It
can be tricky throughout the process. Our suggestion is you open
up both the Chinese and Translated versions in 2 separate windows.
You may get the hang of it halfway through the routines. Better
still, enlist the help of a Chinese friend.
, you may suspect if all the effort put into this
area is worthwhile. Well, according to Mike Mograbi in a teleseminar,
he said that the spam problem has just begun in Japan, and usually
spam is a sign that marketing over the Net is really
taking place. It won't be long before China, absolutely
the fastest-growing economy in the world with the world's largest
population, gets caught up in this trend and more young people
will be searching by the keywords "Internet Marketing",
whether it's in English or Chinese!
If
you understood what we mean, you'd be amazed at future market
potentials. Stay tuned. By the way, if you are well-versed in
Japanese and Indian (are there any?) search engines, care to share
with us where to submit?
